Documents should first be legalized by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Chamber of Commerce (KvK).
Documents which have been legalized by an electronic stamp (KvK), should also be legalized by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

After their legalisation, you need to bring the documents in person to the consular section.
You need to make an appointment after applying online.
Payment could be only by PIN and with a debit card (Credit cards and cash are not accepted).
Documents will be ready for collection the next working day.
